Think Anyone Will Get Canned?

The New York Sun has a front page story by Andy Wolf this morning lamenting the fact that the state's new standardized tests won't have scores available for students and their teachers until August or October.

Good going New York.

The bizarre practice of not getting scores back to students in the same year that they take the tests is not new, although Wolf notes that kids took the tests earlier this year, making it especially bogus. You'd think that these tests would be important enough to people in high places that they would be on top of this stuff.

The grownups have failed the state's kids once again.
