Bruce Ravage, Executive Director of Park City Prep Charter School, spoke at last night's public hearing for the proposed Capital Prep Harbor charter school in Bridgeport. In supporting the Connecticut charter school's proposal, Bruce addressed the misconceptions promoted by detractors of the proposed school, including issues with funding and the notion that charters are selective in admitting students.
